The team building event is specially designed for joint relaxation while working together, and is not intended for in-depth learning of cooking. During the event, the operation of a professional restaurant kitchen is simulated, the team prepares dinner or lunch according to the principles and methods of the restaurant, according to the selected menu.
The standard group size is 8 - 25 people (if the group is larger or smaller, please contact us, we will develop an appropriate offer for you). Groups under 25 people are served by one chef and one waiter, over 25 people are served by two chefs and two waiters.
If the number of group members is greater than 25 people, the program is supplemented with activities to ensure that all participants are involved in the activity. For a smaller number of participants, it is also possible to supplement the activity program (a separate payment will be applied for additional activities).
Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a welcome drink (Sparkling wine, white wine cocktail, hot drink or orange juice. The choice must be made when ordering the event.) and finger snacks of the chefs' choice (one vegetarian and one with fish or meat). For an additional fee, you can order additional snacks and drinks (to be agreed when ordering the event).
At the start of the event, the program, the nature of the event and safety instructions are explained. We provide guests with aprons and other personal equipment. It is recommended to come to the event in comfortable shoes, as part of the event takes place while standing.
The menus are specially designed to be prepared by non-professional cooks under the supervision of professional chefs, and consist of four dishes. Any changes in food recipes or the number of dishes may change the quality and time of the service and must be agreed with the chefs in advance.
Guests prepare small gifts to take with them. The price of the chocolate truffle workshop includes 3 - 4 homemade chocolates with different decorations, wrapping paper and ribbons
